Coaching does it in a room. In The Zone does it on a run. The next one will do it somewhere else. The craft is the same — take something people find daunting, and make the honest, humane version of it.
Some of it we build alone. Some of it we build with partners who care about the same things. Either way it goes out under one name: a GRCSAC collaboration.
